  1. Without an instructor, how the hell do i know where to start ? its really
    frustrating to just go into a gym and start somewhere only to lose
    confidence when im told ive been doing it all wrong by so many different
    people. I am a pretty average guy, 145 pounds, pretty lean not too skiny or
    fat all around, but my stomach fat clearly shows now and idk where to
    start.

  12. I totally disagree, man. Of course to be fit and to even achieve amazing
    abs one must know his daily calorie intake. Remember that there are
    different body types. Some people may have slow or fast metabolic rate as
    well. So, the key is: YOU HAVE TO KNOW YOUR DAILY CALORIE INTAKE TO ACHIEVE
    A FIT BODY. Yes, you have to count calories. You have to properly educate
    people, man. In order to have a BALANCED diet, CALORIE COUNT is VERY
    IMPORTANT.

    and his stupid infomercial videos.. what a waste of time. Serious question
    – how often do you shit? I know people are going to laugh, but just curious
    if eating those 7 meals per day makes you shit more frequently, even though
    you are just spacing out the food.

    How can he advise people to do not count calories having Nike Calorie
    Counter thing on his right wrist? People, it is very important to do some
    basic math and count calories in order actually weight loss. Anyway the way
    he act is really funny.

    lost two inches in two and half weeks with this method,ony doing pullups,

    Come on everybody knows that the best way to built muscles is to go to jail
    for at least a year cause inside there there is nothing else to do yaaay so
    there you have it is the fastest way to build muscles
